What We Do
Hearthsweep is an online retailer of new robot vacuums, air purifiers, tower fans and home floor care sold to customers in the United States. Every listing shows the manufacturer brand, model, and specifications.
Our catalog covers Robot Vacuums, Air Purifiers, Fans & Cooling, Floor Washers, Stick Vacuums.
We carry products from Roborock, Levoit, Dreo, eufy, GoveeLife, Afloia, and others.
When you place an order, payment is collected securely through Stripe. We fulfil and ship to the address you provide. Order confirmation and tracking are emailed to you. You can check status on the Track order page or request cancellation of an unshipped order on the Cancel order page.
Payments
Checkout is powered by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices on product pages and in our Google product feed are shown in USD ($) and match what you pay at checkout, plus applicable sales tax.

Returns and Refunds
30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items in new condition. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Steps, exclusions, and refund timing: Returns & Refunds.
Warranty
Beyond the manufacturer's own warranty, we give our own written Hearthsweep Limited Warranty, which runs for 12 months from delivery. Report a defect in the first 30 days and you deal with us directly — free replacement or full refund, your choice, with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. After that, warranty terms are the manufacturer's. We are not an authorized dealer for several of the brands we carry, so if a manufacturer refuses a claim on that basis we step in ourselves. We sell new products exactly as described on each product page, showing the manufacturer brand and model. We do not sell replicas or counterfeits: Product Authenticity.
